Kempen Real Estate started around 1986 as a sole proprietorship by Cees Kievit in Waalre. After some time, the need for additional staff was there. Especially Evelien Smits (current director of Kempen OG), who joined the team in 1992, can be mentioned here.

2000

Due to the growth of the office (and of course the need for parking facilities), we moved at the end of 2000 from the Willibrorduslaan in Waalre to our current location at the Geldropseweg 448 in Eindhoven.

1998

In 1998 Kempen Onroerend Goed (now a private company) was taken over by Evelien Smits and Marianne and Cees Kievit were parted ways.

Present day

Kempen OG has since grown into the rental specialist in Eindhoven and the region. A specialist who combines professionalism with great service and insight into the international character of the South-East Brabant region.
