We have been doing this for more than 30 years for private individuals and professional investors, large and small.


For us, management means that we are your mouthpiece and intermediary for your real estate.

We select a suitable tenant for your upholstered and/or furnished object. When entering into, as well as when terminating a "rental agreement", the houses are fully inspected by us. In the latter case also in the presence of the tenant(s)!
Before use by (new) tenants,

all defects and/or shortcomings found must be remedied. If desired, our office can arrange this for you. Reports from tenants regarding maintenance and malfunctions, we (let) we solve quickly and professionally, in consultation with you and whether under our own management.

We select a suitable tenant for your upholstered and/or furnished object. When entering into and terminating a "lease agreement", we inspect the properties in their entirety. In the latter case also in the presence of the tenant(s)!

Before occupancy by (new) tenants, all identified defects and/or shortcomings must be remedied. If desired, our office can arrange this for you. We will resolve reports from tenants regarding maintenance and malfunctions quickly and professionally, in consultation with you and with or without our own management.

  • Professional mediation in the selection of a suitable tenant for your home. 
  • Management of your real estate, which includes taking care of rent collection, payment of costs and charges, handling complaints and malfunctions, drawing up an "inspection report", the delivery upon departure of tenants, etc. 
  • Clear agreements both at the start of the rental and upon delivery of the home.

Our method

As a manager, we are committed to keeping your property or properties in optimal condition. For many it is an excellent investment, a great solution during your stay abroad or good retirement provision, and it should of course remain that way.

We would like to invite you for an exploratory conversation about the possibilities we can offer you. We can provide you with all information about the lettability of your real estate, market developments, rental price appraisals, if necessary. pitfalls, terms and conditions, etc.

  • Your home will be included in the portfolio and it will be determined in consultation how this is done.


  • Potential tenants are informed/selected via, among other things, our internet site, our extensive network of contacts with companies and through active acquisition.


  • Together with one of our enthusiastic employees, your home will be viewed by the potential rental candidate/future resident.


  • We conclude the so-called "assignment for management" agreement with you as a landlord.


  • After this, our office takes care of the "rental agreement".



If you then want to engage our office for the professional management and rental of your unfurnished and/or furnished real estate, you can expect the following:



  • As part of the "rental agreement", an "inspection report" of your home is drawn up and an "inventory list" is added in the case of furnished rental.


  • At all times, the "rental agreement" to be concluded will be tailored to your home and your situation, e.g.


  • If you are posted abroad, your expected return and a possible unexpected return will be taken into account.


  • If your home is located in an apartment complex, a provision can be included for the VVE of the complex.


  • If the property to be let is part of your investment portfolio, the emphasis will be on the continuity of rental for a longer period of time.
