History

1986

Kempen Onroerend Goed started around 1986 as a sole proprietorship by Cees Kievit in Waalre. After some time the need for additional staff arose. Particular mention should be made here of Evelien Smits (the current director of Kempen OG), who joined the team in 1992.

2000

Due to the growth of the office (and of course the need for parking facilities), we moved from Willibrorduslaan in Waalre to our current location at Geldropseweg 448 in Eindhoven at the end of 2000.

1998

In 1998, Kempen Onroerend Goed (now a private company) was taken over by Evelien Smits and Marianne and Cees Kievit were said goodbye.

Today

Kempen OG has now grown into the rental specialist in Eindhoven and the region. A specialist who combines professionalism with great service and insight into the international character of the South-East Brabant region.

The team

Our permanent rental team consists of enthusiastic employees, including Evelien Smits and Miriam van de Vijfeijken-van Gils.


In addition, we are supported by various people in cleaning, maintenance, repairs, etc., but also in the field of automation, accountancy, administration and other services.

If we cannot solve something ourselves, we know someone who can. Our personal commitment and involvement guarantees that.


Even though we have our own specialty, we all know what is going on. We record all agreements, contacts, wishes and situations in our automated system, so that our information is always up to date and we can provide you with the best possible service.

The region where we operate covers Eindhoven and its peripheral municipalities in the broadest sense of the word. Think of Aalst-Waalre, Geldrop, Helmond, Best, Nuenen, but also of course the Kempen region such as Eersel, Valkenswaard, etc.
